All Sales Final on Compatible Parts Due to the nature of e-bike accessories, all sales are final once an order has been placed. Please verify compatibility with your specific e-bike model before purchasing, particularly for controllers and lights.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Please include photos or video showing the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

- Controllers (due to compatibility and electrical nature)

Shipping We ship within the US only. Free shipping on orders over $70; $10 flat rate on orders under $70.
